Son of Thomas Bushen 1793 and Christian Webber
William was baptised on 30 June 1831 (1) in Porlock, Somerset. William did not marry. He worked originally as a Tailor but something must have happened to him, either an accident or illness. After 1861 he is shown on the Census records as being an invalid.
He lived with his parents until their deaths, then he lived with his sister Sarah who cared for him. When Sarah died in 1898, he then went into St Decumans Workhouse where he died in 1909 (2) aged 77.
