John was born about 1712 in Somerset. No baptism has yet been found. He married Margaret Bushen on 23 Apr 1737 (1) in Porlock, Somerset.
Margaret Bushen was baptised 5 Apr 1708 in Luccombe. Her parents are Henry Bushen and Charity Chapman (7th Great Grandparents).
I have found baptism for three children. Sarah Hobbs is the first Hobbs baptism in the Porlock Parish Records.
